At MCG, we understand that many clients do not need to create a new hiring process from scratch. Instead, we can assist your team in adapting the existing process by incorporating inclusive practices tailored for neurodiverse candidates, making the transition smooth and effective.
Many of our engagements are 12 weeks, however we will work with you to determine a timeline that meets your needs.
